Welcome to the Ogmore Angling Association Website |

The site contains advice on all aspects relating to the Association, from how to join and where to fish to the latest fly patterns and how to fish them. It also contains many links to Fly Fishing Forums and other web resources that are fishing related. Primarily a game fishing Association, the waters we control contain Salmon, Sea Trout, Brown Trout and Grayling. Members may fish for these species using a variety of techniques including Fly Fishing, spinning and bait or worm fishing; subject to the Association Byelaws. |

Keep your eyes open for hot off the press news that affects our fishing and our environment. Hopefully, the latest pollution news, Environment Agency prosecutions, new byelaws and any other news that might affect our fishing on the River Ogmore will be published. |

Why not visit Keen's Tackle and Guns, Wale's largest Fishing and Hunting Superstore. Whether it's providing trophies for the kiddies competition or donating tackle for the occasional raffle; Peter and Jeff Keen kindly donates or helps the Association in many ways. You'll get an unrivalled welcome from Peter, Jeff and the boys, all the latest catch reports whether it's sea, game or coarse fishing. Of course, if you play your cards right, you might even get a free cuppa. Show your support for a local tackle shop that's there to provide you with the tackle you want. Don't forget that Association members get a good discount on production of your membership card. |

Pollution & Poaching |
Anyone who witnesses pollution, illegal tipping of waste, fish in distress, poaching or danger to the natural environment, PLEASE report the incident to the Environment agency's emergency hotline on 0800 807060 calls are free. |
